Description:   1 kb DNA Ladder is used for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 250 to 12000 base pairs on agarose gels. The 1500 bp fragment and 4000 bp fragment are present at increased intensity to allow easy dentification. 1 kb DNA Ladder is supplied in storage buffer without additional dye. For optimal identification on the gel, please add stain to the Ladder.
