Description:100 bp DNA Ladder ready to use is used for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1500 base pairs on agarose gels. The 500 bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. 100 bp DNA Ladder is supplied in storage buffer with additional dye for easy and direct application to the gel. 5x DNA Loading Buffer can be used to add dye to the testing samples in a final concentration of 1x.

Number of fragments: 12 (blunt-end), stored in 1x Buffer

1500, 1200, 1000, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100

Usage recommendation: Load 5 µl of the DNA Ladder per line.

Storage:-18 to -22 °C (long-term) or +2 to +4 °C (up to 6 months) - Product is shipped on blue-ice or RT

Concentration gradients may form in frozen product. Mix well before using the DNA ladder.

Do not heat the ladder above 37 °C!
